"Superb"

9.0

An ideal situation on the edge of town with ample parking. The highlights around here are the unique volcanic and obruk regions. Additionally there is the impressive underground Monastery of Eski Gumusler.

"Poor hotel"

The hotel looked as if it was open far too early. When I got in my first room the lights wouldn't turn off because they were broken and my air con didn't work my room was at 30degrees My second room the air con still didn't work. My third room the windows safety latch was broken, the air con didn't work and the lights had fallen down in the bathroom. We tried to get Lunch one day and the restaurant wasn't open and the staff laughed at us. Everything we tried to order on the menu in the evening they told us they didn't have. The lifts stopped working one day so we had to use the stairs. One day at breakfast the toast machine caught fire and all the staff just stood and watched. The following morning they didn't serve any breakfast at all. We checked out and moved to a different hotel.
