very nice appartment

Not everybody is tech savvy and because of this we travelled and arrived without entry instructions however we managed over the phone thanks to the vendors patience. Really big problem was the bar which did not appear to close until gone 5 am Saturday, nice bar with nice people though.

The apartment itself is impeccable. It's brand new, modern and has all the amenities (except for a hot water kettle) we needed. It's on the top floor with a terrace. On each floor is a bedroom with a bathroom. It's great for families. It's close to the center of the town and just a short walk from the train station, next to a playground. We also met the building's owner who is very kind.

I did not like the communication with the management company. After I arrived, i was looking for a washing machine. I couldn't find it. I opened all the cabinets. I texted the company "Is there a washing machine". They texted back: "yes, if you look". That's it? they just told me to book,without even telling me where to look? I opened all the cabinets again and didn't find it. Then I saw two keys saying Lavadora. I asked the company again. After five minutes they told me the washing machine is in the basement. I went to the basement, and saw FOUR doors.. I had to use the 2 keys to test on all four doors only find the right one. On the day I left, i asked about luggage storage, the company simply said ïn the basement". After I tried to clarify, they were referring to the laundry room. I wish they could be more detailed and specific in their answers.
