Tuvimos una mala experiencia con la atención al cliente, falta de comunicación . La reservación incluía desayuno y no se informó al llegar. Además nos iban a cobrar adicional por un dormitorio q no nos dejaron saber por anticipado. Espero mejoren y capaciten mejor a su personal .

They asked for a $100 guarantee at check in even though we had already paid in full. They assured us that the payment would be cancelled upon check out and that the card wouldn't be charged. When we checked out there was a problem with the card machine and after waiting for 20 minutes we had to leave, but again they assured us that the payment would be cancelled and the card would not be charged. We checked our account a few days later to see that the money had been charged to our account and we notified them straight away and sent a screenshot of the bank statement showing the charge. It has been over 2 weeks of calling and messaging them and they still have not returned the money.
