El servicio de parquímetro que nos cobraron y luego no pudimos sacar el coche hasta el día siguiente, no nos atendían

La amplitud del apartamento

Que contratamos claramente una reserva para 4 adultos y el sofa cama existente no esta preparado para ello (ver foto). Ademas no tuvimos respuesta alguna a nuestra solicitud de ayuda por los medios establecidos por el alojamiento. Si alguien reserva que se asegure muy bien de los servicios ofrecidos. Por otro lado indicar que es un alojamiento muy muy ruidoso y no es posible descansar.

The staff were friendly. There's a wall, so security is good.

The booking page said there were a total of six beds and sofa beds, but in reality there were only five. There weren't enough blankets, and there wasn't enough toilet paper.

The location was 5 minutes from the conference I was attending, which was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and quick to heat up, the WiFi was fast, the room very large and felt spacious, modern design. Kitchen had everything necessary, including a large fridge.

My biggest gripe was the reception service, which was terrible. Full story: My flight was canceled due to strikes. I contacted the hotel by phone: no answer. I contacted by Booking.com: no answer. I finally managed to get a hold of them through WhatsApp messaging. I notified them I would arrive at 13h00 the next day and asked if that was okay, to which they literally replied "Yes!". The next day, while in the taxi to the hotel they sent me a message: "When will you be arriving?", and I replied as agreed upon the day before: "At 13h00", which was in 20 minutes. I didn't receive another message. When arriving, the hotel gate was closed. I tried calling and messaging them, without any answer. Luckily another hotel guest arrived and let me through the gate. She told me that she arrived the day before and had to wait 2 and half hours before she got a hold of reception to let her into the hotel. I said "no way I am waiting that long, I have a conference to go to and I'm already 4 hours late". So I addressed a cleaning lady who happened to pass by, to please contact ANYONE to let me into my room. After 30 minutes going back and forth, we finally managed to get a hold of the receptionist who then, very annoyed and non-friendly, gave me my key. In total that took me 1 and half hours. Which made me loose even more time at the conference I came for. Terrible check-in experience. Check-out was fine. It was a different receptionist. Pardon my rant, but this has never happened before. For a 200+ euro per night, 4 star hotel, this is inexcusable. And apparently I was not the only one with this experience. Do better. Oh and the room itself was great, but it had ants and a lot of long black hair everywhere from the previous guests. But that's a sidenote, everything else was totally fine.
