Lots of space for our group, great location and

Beds and sofas quite uncomfortable

Lovely house, plenty of f beds and good kitchen

Showers we found to be temperamental. And the sofa beds didn't come with any spare sheets.

Property was great and clean, clear communication from the host leading up to the stay, in a perfect location for visiting Birmingham. Hope to use this property again in the future.

No this isn't a 5 star hotel, but this is a well priced property for large groups. A great base for exploring Birmingham with friendly hosts. The money we saved going here rather than a chain hotel paid for a couple of nights out on the town.

This place was as expected, maybe a little more. If I was the host I might invest in a new sofa and shower heads but these are minor niggles.

The house is very large, the kitchen is not like regular kitchen it is extra big, Rooms are clean with clean lines and comforter, well ventilated,, strong internet connection, very close to the city center. Definitely I ll come back. Even we wanted to extend our stay but it was booked. For sure I recommend this house.. The owner is very pleasant to talk to. Great experience 👍 👌 👏 🙌 😊

We liked the fact that it was spacious and reasonably clean, it served a purpose for our large group which was good.

Simple touches would have made the place really homely, there were enough towels but no Hand towels or floor towels which meant that some of us had to sacrifice our towels. There weren’t enough plugs in the room, one on the opposite side of the bed and one for the lamp in a double room, wasn’t enough. The shower often went cold and then boiling hot whilst you were in it. The house was fine and served a purpose but felt a bit unfinished.
