Eigene Zimmer mit eigenen Bäder und Eingängen Air Condition (absolut notwendig) Grundstück und Anlage sehr groß und viele sitz Möglichkeiten, sowie Aktivitäten wie z..b. Tischtennis, Grillen, Pizzaofen,... Location war sehr gut für Ausflüge z.b. Florenz, Sienna, ...

Zu wenig Sonnenschutz am Pool (nur eine kleine Pergola machte Schatten für max. 2 Personen). Auch beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse wenig Schatten
