Lo más bonito fueron sus habitaciones aunque lo único malo es que encontré cabellos en la regadera pero fuera de eso pues todo perfecto

El hotel está muy bien ubicado frente a la terminal de autobuses y muy cerca del CAS, si es que vas por lo de tu visa a Mérida, muy limpio y todo el personal muy atento.

Dejó mucho que desear, las habitaciones que nos dieron estaban sucias, faltas de mantenimiento y por la noche hubo mucho ruido en los pasillos sin que la administración hiciera nada. La regadera estaba tapada y no tuvimos agua caliente, había bolas de cabellos en el piso y la ropa de cama estaba en muy mal estado
