La chica de recepción que me registró, muy amable y resolutiva. Elegí este hotel porque está a una cuadra del CAS, vine a tramitar mi Renovación de VISA. Y además en frente del hotel, está la Terminal de Autobuses ADO Centro histórico TAME. Así que super recomendable si también acudirás a tu trámite de visa. Hay varias fonditas cerca y un Oxxo. Una farmacia al lado.

Estuvo perfecto el hotel, nada más un tema que los baños no cuenta con una puerta y al usar la regadera el suelo del baño se moja mucho y no hay desagüe para que pueda retirarse el agua. De ahí en más todo perfecto

Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación. Si estas acostumbrado a hoteles con 3 o 4 estrellas este no es. Tiene las amenidades basicas de un motel, baño, cama y tv. Todo lo demas de un hotel, plancha, cafetera, caja fuete, minibar, closet, no hay.

"Buena ubicación, mucho ruido"

El personal muy amable, sin embargo, se escuchaban personas hablando a las 4 am, interrumpiendo el sueño. Mala insonorización excelente ubicación, justo al frente de terminal ADO TÁMESIS MÉRIDA CENTRO.

The staff plays loud music while cleaning rooms and from the foyer area and the staff are inconsiderate and rude. There is no one to report the noise they make by talking loud in the hallways and slamming doors while cleaning. It was a horrible experience and I will never stay there again.

Deben cuidar aspectos de imagen y limpieza. La regadera salía por arriba el agua y como no tenía puerta de cristal el baño el agua salió hasta afuera del baño. La silla estaba muy floja. La pared por el aire tenía moho por escurrimiento de agua
