Hotel La Casona

The guy who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The price was affordable and the location was quiet. There was safe off-street parking.

It was freezing cold in the rooms with no heat. Other hotels we'd stayed in (that also didn't have heat) at least gave us multiple blankets but this place gave us one. And the desk-guy left early so we couldn't even ask for more blankets once we realized how cold it was going to be. The mattresses were also very thin and though I like a firm mattress, this was pretty ridiculously uncomfortable. The doors were also very thin so when the bikers started talking in the hallway, it was super loud. Breakfast was lame - nothing but coffee and toast. Cannot recommend this place.

This is a nice local hotel a few blocks out of the busier metro area on a quiet residential street. They offer free off-street parking. The property is older but well maintained and has everything to make an overnight stay restful. There is a small breakfast included in the morning. The hosts are very sweet. The WiFi worked well. You can easily walk into the business area to find good restaurants and bars and down to the beach for a sunset view. This is a cute little town and I enjoyed being there.

I can't think of anything I would expect to be better for this hotel.

Such a lovely and welcoming stay!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is not in the middle of the noisy streets but stil within a stone's throw of it.

There was some minor problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom but I have to say also that they fixed it PROMPT AS SOON AS I POINTED IT OUT
