"Smelly room with sewage and puke smell"

Wide spacious lobby. Room was quite spacious . Room looked quite nice and decor looked nice.

Room did not have a window facing the outside, the window faced an indoor conference room so it was very dark and depressing . room has a puke and sewage smell in the shower area when we checked in and had to ask them to clean. Even after cleaning, sewage smell remained. bed was very very soft, and doesn’t seem like the quality you expect for a four star hotel.

Мне этот отель очень понравился. Номер был действительно большой, с мраморным полом — без ковролина и посторонних запахов, что для меня большой плюс. Широкие коридоры, всё выглядит просторно и комфортно. Отдельно хочу отметить ванную комнату — очень качественная и удобная. Кровать широкая и комфортная, спать было приятно. Также понравилось расположение отеля — очень удачное местоположение. И огромный плюс — нормальная парковка с хорошим парковщиком, без неприятных сюрпризов и скрытых проблем. Другими услугами отеля я не пользовался, но общее впечатление осталось очень хорошее.

Мне единственное не понравилось окно внутрь помещения какого-то зала было. То есть это окно было вовнутрь. И мне не нравится, когда одно одеяло на двоих общее. Всё остальное, всё остальное было отлично.
