Trendy Fairmount Gem Roof Deck

This property was chosen primarily due to its location ( near Temple University), as my grandson was taking part in the NATS competition. It was an oasis for our family. We used an Uber as our primary mode of transportation. The summer weather was extreme, and the public transprtation system, well, disappointing. Neither of those things had anything to do with the property. The owners were quick to help when we needed them (via text/phone). There was no recycling bin....but I am sure they will remedy that soon. We are happy to be home, glad to have had the adventure!

Beautifully decorated! Chic space. We did not receive directions to the parking spot in which the entrance was on a different road. I had to text and call. A few added features could have enhanced the stay. There were no tissue boxes, lotion, k-cups, hand towel and bath towel hooks. Rooftop needed to be cleaned. Large space and loved how there was a dedicated parking spot! Overall, I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a nice area. Not walkable.

We were a total of 6 adults, 2 per room. Very comfortable for everyone. And with 2 1/2 baths it worked out great. Lots of stairs. We did not use the basement play area or the roof area. BUT the parking space was a BIG plus. Quiet neighborhood. We had a car so we drove everywhere. We didn’t cook just reheated leftovers so not sure if the kitchen was fully equipped. Coffee was available (very nice of the) and the house was spotless. Would highly recommend.

It was a good place for me and my family. having a parking space in Philadelphia is huge. Fairly quiet neighborhood and the property was clean and had everything we needed.

This is a beautiful property. We had wonderful communication withe owner. The parkibg spot was a great bonus. The house is very spacious. The rooftop deck was fabulous!!
