I arrive 2:00pm, check-in was at 3:00 pm. I had to wait at the gate with the kids under the sun till 4:00 pm, to check in and get gate permission to enter the compound.

BHThe staff Nour was very helpful and smart and answer any question immediately. Also the security staff near our building entrance 24 hours and very helpful. So every thing was safety ans secured.
No extra free hours to stay at the apartment. For each hour charged us US$20/- and the apartment a bit far to Zamalek, tahreer sequare etc. but the uber can reach the apartment easily and fast😍
