The room we stayed in with our family was wonderful. If you are planning to visit Petra, this is one of the best places you can stay. Our brother Motaz gave us excellent advice for our Petra trip. We would like to thank him endlessly for answering every question we asked with sincerity and patience. His great restaurant recommendations and even arranging our place in Wadi Rum were priceless for us. We have gained a friend in Jordan. Thank you for everything Motaz and Moses Residance..

Exceptional Hospitality and Great Location Our stay at Moses Residence Hotel in Petra was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Maotiz and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to every detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. The hotel is in a great location, just 4 minutes by car from the Petra entrance, making it very convenient for visiting the site without the crowds and noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and everything we needed was available, making our stay smooth and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, friendly staff, good facilities, and close proximity to Petra, Moses Residence is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

La colazione é varia e segue il gusto locale. La posizione é vicino a diversi locali dove cenare o fare eventuali acquisti. La cosa migliore di tutto il soggiorno é stata il signor Motaz, il proprietario che é davvero simpatico e gentilissimo. Ci ha procurato i biglietti per lo show Petra by night e dato un sacco di consigli utili su come muoverci e cosa vedere. Un host perfetto!

Il residence non ha una hall di ingresso. L’acqua calda é limitata - c’è un boiler - quindi attenzione alle docce fredde se siete più di una persona. La stanza era fredda al nostro arrivo, consiglierei di scaldarla un po’ prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti :)

Great stay near Petra! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Perfect location — close to restaurants and just a short drive to Petra. Excellent value for money, highly recommend!
