Great service

Very nice staff, good location and spacious room. Shower was very nice and they looked after us very well

There are small things to be fixed or addressed which we thought were annoying but not too bad e.g. the room roilet flush was a bit broken but they did fix it the next day it is fragile, the light in the wardrobe kept turning on until we wedged a shoe between the door panels so it would stay off, fridge light was very very bright so we switched it off, the balcony was so tiny you cant even go on it, it is a useless balcony but they told us it was something special that they gave to us!

Moses has given us many useful advices and he has helped us to organize our staying in Petra. He has also given us a packet lunch for our day in Petra

Nothing, He has been a great host and I hope to meet him again very soon. I will recommend him and his structure to my friends

We had a huge room that was super comfortable and clean.

firstly the staff was very nice to us. they showed us best option to visit petra and got us taxi to there. the room was very pretty, it has ac, comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Moataz was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good tips about local restaurants and tourist attractions. Besides, he was always eager to offer his support to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect, clean and nice room without any problem. Also the owner of hotel was so nice person, he helped us with the program and also we spoke with him every detail. Thanks so much for everything!!
