Hotel Pinaka Inn

Room size was comfortable, no significant issues.

Bedsheets were not washed on arrival (had Orange stains and black dirt all over them - requested for them to be changed numerous times and eventually got done to their credit). Staff service was below average. They purport to be a 3 star hotel, yet not hospitable. One example is that they refused to assist me to get a cab to the airport. I was told 'it is not possible". First time this has happened.

Location

1-WC and wash basin were placed opposite and very close to each other . There was hardly any space in between, to stand and use the wash basin without touching the WC 2- the wash basin tap was very short, while washing hands it will constant touch the basin Told the staff about both the issues and they said they can’t do anything Completely disappointing experience

Good for backpackers. Passable and not for us. staff tried their best to be helpful.

They don't accept international cards, Cleanliness is an issue. Breakfast not good at all

The room are spacious and clean. Washroom are clean and maintained.

We have booked two room in one room AC was not working. But as it was cold wheather didn't had any problem.

Staff was very helping
