The rooms are really nice and modern, breakfast is really good, the location is good, overall we liked the hotel.

We are a company and have stayed here multiple times. However, this time we were quite disappointed with the service. We had four rooms booked and requested parking three weeks before our stay. We did not receive a response to any of our three requests until we finally called. Since the weekend was very busy, there was no parking spot available for the last night of our stay. It was clearly communicated that parking needed to be requested in advance, and we did so three times via WhatsApp (our messages were seen). However, because we only received a response much later over the phone, we were left without parking for the final night. We ended up spending over an hour searching for alternative parking. The other issue was the lack of towels. We stayed in rooms with two or three people, but each room received towel sets for one person fewer than the number of guests staying there. We reported this to the receptionist, but the issue was not resolved. Overall, nothing major happened, but for the price and standard of the hotel, we expected better service.
