Besides insisting that they spray for pests in my room while I was staying there, it was fine. Breathing poison while paying for it was a bit much. Otherwise, fine for the money.

We were not allowed into the lobby, only given the key through a window. Nothing was available to purchase, no snacks, no ice and no refrigerator in the room. 1 large towel for 2 people.

It’s a Motor Inn, so manage expectations. I must have been given a smoking room, as it definitely smelled. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The TV offering was also surprisingly great. Bathroom amenities … well bring your own. I assume the fella at check-in was the owner, and he was very nice.

Convienient location right next to the freeway. The area around the location isn't the best but OK if travelling without family. The staff can be nicer but they may have trauma and that's OK. They weren't mean but still.

The hotel was convenient for the price point. I was willing to pay for the accommodation.

While I would not go so far as to call the place “dirty”, it definitely didn’t seem clean to me. There was definitely prominent dust & debris on one of the shelves. The shower curtain seemed disgusting, there were red particles on the shower wall before I even got in (hoping that was toiletry product and not bodily). The AC was on and worked but only effective for the first quarter of the room. There was a significant difference in temperature In the king size between the side by the AC and the side away. Past the bed, you might as well just be outside in the shade. The floor in my room was clearly very old linoleum or whatever, and had blemishes that looked like bugs. There were NO bugs in the room that I noticed but still having visible spots that vaguely look like cockroaches is a bit unsettling
