Overall, great place to stay. For yourself, couple or family. The hotel had all that we needed, and they were very respectful and accommodating.

The hotel itself is great, clean, modern, and comfortable. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. If you book through third-party sites like Hotels.com or Expedia, be prepared for issues. Even when you’ve already paid in full, the staff may insist you pay an additional amount if they believe the hotel hasn’t received the expected payment from the booking platform. This makes check-in stressful and leaves guests feeling caught in the middle of arrangements that should have been sorted out between the hotel and the platforms. Overall: excellent facilities, but poor handling of reservations and payments when using third-party booking services.

The Location The Facility

The Staff = lady at the reception was unfriendly and treated us with DISDAIN. Another lady with the black truck/pickup SHOO us away from taking pictures in front of the hotel when there was no sign saying otherwise. Send security to stop us from taking pics. The Customer Service - Overall, very poor customer service from the moment we arrived till our departure. We didn't receive a warm welcome, nor did we receive a farewell. NEVER going back. The Hidden Fees - Lady at the reception initially refused us accommodation on grounds that we needed to make a US$100 security deposit. Claiming that it was the hotel policy and that the information was provided in the confirmation email. I showed her my confirmation email, and there was no mention of a US$100 security deposit.
