Alavits Hotel by ST Hotels

The receptionist, Ivana, was extremely accommodating and helpful. However, the male staff member at the front desk during the night shift was impolite and discourteous, showing no initiative in attending to guests. We raised a concern about the shower knob to the front desk, but it was only addressed on the third day after we informed Ivana. The location of the hotel is convenient for tourists.

Beautiful hotel built in 2023 ! Hotel has a modern appeal , nice sized bedrooms, beautiful balconies, lovely rooftop views and pool but seasonally closed ! Breakfast is free and has lots of options!Hotel is close to marina and tons of restaurants along the way !airport is only 12 mins way and cost 12 dollars with UBER ! Hotel staff members are super sweet especially front desk staff and my room attendant daisy who did an excellent job with housekeeping!I visited in January 2024 but Will definitely be back for the summertime to enjoy the lovely beaches and surroundings! Will choose Alavits hotel again it’s conveniently located and exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely brilliant stay! We were able to check in early which was amazing! Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from. Location of the hotel is great, very close to promenade, restaurants and public transport. I would highly recommend it, I'll be back.

Nice hotel, great value for money

Suggests hotel was "fully open" and website states pool bar and evening dining available - neither was the case. Particularly peeved that the pool area is closed off in the evening (and presumably wouldn't be if the bar were open), and could therefore not use roof for any of the festival watching! Also caters for groups (of youngsters) so some noise should be exoected!

The hotel had just opened a couple of days before which was evident as one of the lights in our bathroom was still dangling from the ceiling - not particularly safe in a room where you're using water but I'd hope it will be fixed soon. Sadly we were forced to cut our holiday short within hours of arriving, due to a death in our family. Despite our pleas and the support of Expedia, the hotel have refused to refund a penny, instead repeatedly referring us to the terms in curt emails. Even a 'sorry for your loss' was evidently too much to ask for. To Alex Jaswal, enjoy your bonus while I'm trying to comfort my heartbroken wife at her dad's funeral. I can only hope others never have to deal with you.

Although still a work in progress room was clean,bed comfortable .The dining room was clean,staff pleasant and food good .I wasn't given a wake up call once in the week when it was most important !! There are some noisy neighbours otherwise hotel is good .

Only just opened and a few teething problems like leaking showers etc but staff were terrific

This hotel opened on Jun 15th and still had workers completing things and fixing one of two elevators, but the staff was very nice and helpful. I feel that the hotel should have been completely ready before opening…I arrived very tired and wanting to nap, and had to ask for a curtain in my room and the phone didn’t work. Overall, comfortable stay; but the positioning of the air condition blows directly on you in bed. Breakfast was ok, glad they had gluten free bread option. The coffee from the machine was not good and they can’t froth non-dairy milk for you. In time I’m sure they will have everything worked out! There are rooms with partial sea view from the balcony. Great location in Sliema. Close walk to Starbucks, the ferry, and F45 gym.
