New and clean! Good for those passing by!

Simple breakfast but it was ok. The main issue is that this property has a similar address in a nearby town. So we got lots and that was 30km extra for us. Use the name of the horel on your Google search, not the address.

"Great for a short stop over or a base for day trips nothing to rest for a few days"

The rooms are very clean, everything is right in order. They are nice and friendly people.

The location close to the railway tracks and the highway makes the stay much less nice as it could be. You don’t here anything inside the rooms but the noise is present as soon as you are sitting outside.

I liked the friendliness of the hosts. There were a lot of tuscan culinary food on the menu and the chef is amazing. Food tastes like that home food made with care and love. Amazing and endless flow of coffee Interior of the room was new yet traditional looking, well equipped including Air con and hairdrier. The additional bonus was the big terrace. I would highly recommend this place, it is a gem!
