Allt👍finns inte mer att önska…supermysigt litet hotell med underbar frukost. Personalen var gästvänliga och gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle ha det bra🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Finns inget som var negativt!

We hadden een mooie en ruime kamer. Het ontbijt is echt top. De locatie is fantastisch, in het centrum. Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel.

Zeer goed hotel maar toch een paar suggesties. We verbleven er 4 nachten en kregen elke morgen de vraag wanneer we de volgende ochtend wilden ontbijten. Dat vind ik een beetje vervelend want het is vakantie en dan wil ik ruimte voor improvisatie. Plannen op vakantie kunnen wijzigen. Ook kregen we elke morgen de vraag of onze kamer moest gepoetst worden. Ik vind dat een vreemde vraag, want dit is iets wat hoort bij op hotel gaan. Terugkeren in een opgeruimde kamer en opgefriste badkamer, keileuk!Ik vind het dus vreemd dat je dit vraagt in een hotel. Soms was het water van de douche niet warm genoeg.

Huone ja tilat olivat todella siistejä ja kauniita. Sänky mukava. Tohvelit ja kahvia oli mukava yllätys. Kivat kylpyhuonetuotteet!

Pieni huone sijaitsi ylätasanteella, jonne piti mennä jyrkkiä portaita, toisessa kädessä matkalaukkua kantaen. En tiedä saisiko apua pyydettäessä henkilökunnalta? Kaiteessa ei voinut koko matkaa kujettaa kättä. Koin tilan ahdistavaksi aluksi, mutta jäin yöksi. Siivouksessa käytetään voimakasta hajustetta. Sadesuihkupään valitsin oli rikki, käytin käsisuihkua. Huoneessa vain kattoikkunat.

The check-in process is smooth, we were provided the code and description about entering the property before our arrival. The staff was there waiting for us. The room is clean with a window. The breakfast is delicious and fresh.

Parken schwierig

Very comfortable: the beds, the shower, the A/C and the heat. Even the skylight worked well. We loved the location: so much better than the first place we stayed at near the central train station. Seemed like we were in a different city. We would definitely come back to the Palermo of terrace restaurants and lovely shopping. My mom said it was the best breakfast in Sicily and I would agree. My husband said the cassata, Easter ricotta cake was better than cannoli and he loves cannoli. Not only was the location great, the rooms impeccable and the staff wonderful, but the soaps smelled delicious and when I forgot my insulin pump and had to come back from the airport, the host was waiting for me downstairs at the portal so I wouldn’t have to go up to reception to get it. Wonderful service and lovely people.

We were super comfortable: the elevator took some getting used to and learning but worked wonderfully, you just can’t touch anything. Doors open automatically and close automatically.
