Agreement from Owner The owner informed me that a full refund would be provided. Based on this information, I proceeded with the cancellation. 3. Actual Situation During the Stay We did not stay overnight at the property. We checked out on the same day and did not spend a night at the accommodation. 4. Incorrect Information Provided to Customer Service However, the owner later informed Booking.com customer service that we stayed for one night before checking out. Because of this statement, the platform indicated that a full refund could not be processed. 5. Clarification This information is incorrect. We did not stay for one night at the property. We checked out on the same day, and I have evidence to prove this. 6. Evidence Provided I am able to provide supporting evidence, including: • Chat records with the owner • Checkout confirmation / communication records • Any relevant screenshots showing the timeline of the cancellation and checkout 7. Request I am requesting a full refund of RM145.38 as previously agreed with the owner. The statement that we stayed overnight is not accurate, and I hope the platform can review the evidence and resolve this matter fairly.
