they should have included the rules posted in the rooms like no cleaning services, no changing of sheets (despite of no of days stayed), no one to take out thrash, etc) on the app. Clients can get these services in hotels with the same price range. Room floors were dusty on check in and I couldn’t ask the staff to have it cleaned because it is not included in the service.

The residence offers an outstanding degree of comfort, the staff are non-intrusive, and there is always a guard present at the entrance. There is a minimarket right next to the building and several other shops and restaurants in close proximity. The apartment was equipped with every you'd need for a long stay: you've got cooking equipment, cutlery and dishes, and a TV with HDMI port.

The bed wasn't very comfortable with the matrass still wrapped in plastic which made the matrass cover slide off and make you sleep on plastic during the night (which was both unpleasant and noisy). The blanket provided was terrible, as it was too thin and also too short for a couple (we had to purchase our own). Water pressure in the shower and bidet was really weak. Lastly, the listing advertised basic toiletries yet upon arrival there was no soap in the room; additionally, they advertise vending machines but there are none on site (instead, there is a small market right next to the residence). But all the issues listed are minor and we did enjoy our stay overall.
