House was clean

The owner have texted my in the morning about my check out which was at 11. And keep asking me to send the pic. However, we waited more than half hour for lift and eventually took straits down from 27th floor. The bed condition is so bad and need to be changed. The body wash is also such a low quality which is to be used for both hair and body. 1st time asked to pay security deposit where other booking didn't have this requirement. I don't mind the security deposit but the amenities was not worth it.
