The place was quiet, but that’s the only positive thing I can say.

Everything else was terrible. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get the key to enter the house. No one was answering the phone despite multiple attempts. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the house was not clean at all upon arrival. It felt more like an exhausting scavenger hunt than a relaxing vacation. The swimming pool was dirty, the service was unhelpful, and customer support was rude — especially when I asked about the air conditioning. There was no hospitality whatsoever. This place offers no comfort, just stress.

The suite wasn’t totally clean. I took pictures upon arrival just in case it’s attributed to us. The pool hours were disappointing. We didn’t get to use it once.

Excellent stay, nice environment in the woods, couple of stores nearby, good restaurant on site + nice house for a very reasonable price

the mattresses were too soft for us

We liked the design of the house, it was very convenient to park directly in front of it. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet. The outside seating is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped and there was everything we needed.

We struggled a bit with heating as it went off a couple of times and we lacked a check-out box for keys. The reception opens only at 9 a.m. which can be too late for some travellers and we did not find any box to leave the key.

The park is close to the forest which is nice. The beds were comfy and the sauna in the garden is great.

We were assigned a cottage that was near the entrance, close to ventilators of the swimming pool and next to a building site which was not great. The indoor swimming pool is very small.
