Os funcionários da recepção e da cozinha são muito simpáticos O jantar é muito gostoso

A limpeza do quarto deixa um pouco a desejar Se tivesse mais prateleiras para objetos pessoais seria ótimo, inclusive no banheiro perto da pia e no box Faltou disponibilizar pão francês novinho no café e o capuccino só teve no primeiro dia, depois acabou e não foi reposto

Chuveiro, cama e os funcionários.

Foi o pior hotel que eu já fiquei. Minha avaliação não tem nada a ver com os funcionários. Todos são muito cordiais. Fiquei me perguntando enquanto estive hospedada; onde estava o gerente do hotel? O banheiro está imundo. Os azulejos cheios de sujeira. Onde está o chefe da governança? Será que eles não passam nos quartos pra verificar como está sendo feito o serviço? Deveriam orientar as camareiras como tem que ser feito a limpeza. As toalhas estão quase rasgadas e imundas. Estão tão encardidas que eu fiquei com receio de me enxugar com elas. É uma pena porque o hotel tem uma boa localização, mas tem muita coisa a melhorar. O gerente do hotel precisa entrar nos quartos e ver o que está sendo oferecido aos hóspedes.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização porém a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Tapetes, toalhas e lençóis manchados, o piso sujo e o serviço de limpeza é muito sobrecarregado. Pedimos para trocar as toalhas e nos entregaram outras mais manchadas ainda

La amabilidad del personal es excelente. Buen desayuno (completo)y buffet económico y variado.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no tenía espacio para caminar. Las toallas que nos dieron eran toallas con años de uso, se notaba el desgaste. La habitación no tenía ventilación y dificultaba el secado de las prendas.

La ubicación excelente. Tiene cochera y el desayuno abundante y correcto.

Algunos sectores con falta de mantenimiento. Las medidas de las habitaciones muy justas. Faltaban mas lugares de apoyo en la habitación.
