Overall, the hotel was outstanding. Location was everything.

The walk from the elevator to room (301) was excessive. No elevator close by. But once we got to the room, we forgot about the walk.

I like the the property was close to everything such a restaurants and stores were within walking distance!

I asked prior to booking about the pet friendly, I was told the pets were not allowed in certain areas Not the case, these people had dogs eating at tables!

Convenient to everything. The breakfast selection was amazing! And the restaurant at the hotel had amazing food, also. We really enjoyed our stay.

The AC in our room wasn’t working when we got there. It took a couple of hours, but they were able to get it fixed.

Had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Panama City Beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the standout service made it even better. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Mogli from the morning breakfast team. We had breakfast on Monday morning (June 1st) right before checking out, and she was doing an amazing job keeping the whole dining area clean and helping everyone out. As a fellow Ecuadorian, it was great . Her friendly attitude and great work ethic really stood out, and management definitely needs to recognize her hard work. Thanks again.
