Ac was not working. Staff messed up with my room number gave me incorrect room number and made me pay the $200 fee twice . Placed my profile of Hilton honors program on someone else’s room

So bad experience we skip.

Very pet-friendly which I loved, gave you a “pet inside” sign to hang on your door so the wait staff is aware and will leave anything you request outside your door. Loved that they give you 2 complimentary drinks a day, and they have the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever seen. We had the gulf view and loved sitting on the balcony every evening. And, it’s right by across the street from the dog beach, and so much shopping and dining in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

I think for as much as you spend on the room, they should definitely get rid of the daily parking fee.

Overall, the hotel was outstanding. Location was everything.

The walk from the elevator to room (301) was excessive. No elevator close by. But once we got to the room, we forgot about the walk.
