"Not a great stay"

We've stayed at Tru before and had a great stay. The beds are comfortable

The front desk couldn't make keys. So she had to walk us up to our room. Which meas we couldn't leave. Our room also only had 2 settings. 69 or 98 and it was 45 degrees outside

Todo súper nos encantó, pero el trato de la recepcionista Daisy y la de limpieza Jocelyn, excelentes en sus trabajos.

Solamente,opino, que deberían tener más lavadoras y secadoras, porque son 4 pisos y con una lavadora y una secadora, es muy difícil.
