Amazing staff! Super friendly, kind and helpful. Room service was really yummy. Only 30 minute walk to the Golden Temple. Definitely recommend. Also only a 13 minute drive to the airport so very convenient. Very comfortable beds. Great wifi. Modern hotel. Hotel appears very clean and spacious.

There wasn't always hot water. Breakfast was limited and not clear on what was included vs what wasn't included. Eg - coffee from machine not included but the machine is there with the breakfast stuff and no sign saying that it costs extra. We also had bugs in our first room that were biting us but as soon as we told the staff they were amazing and swapped us into a new room.
