The booking process was disorganized, there was neglect and rudeness all around. Our checkin process was poorly handled. The food was served undercooked on multiple occasions. The place feels half done. Basically a construction zone, far away and lacking any amenities that make the distance from town worth it meaning no pool, no gym, and the yoga space is just thrown together in a deserted stone tomb. Having stayed at several other habitas locations, feels like they are attempting to share a low quality experience in this new location and take advantage of brand reputation to get away with it.

Cleanliness of room and the maid did the best job of cleaning that I have ever had. The patio was very nice. Comfortable bed. Layout of room was efficient and spacious enough. The staff were friendly and phenomenal. The ranch excursion with Mario was well worth the money.

Would have liked a coffee maker in the room and/or the ability to have coffee/tea brought to the room. A pool would be great addition. A tv would be nice also. I was told before I ordered breakfast that if I couldn’t eat it all that they had plates to take but then when I went to leave they didn’t so that was money wasted.
