The plumbing fixtures, water valves were hard to regulate water flow and temperature.

Japanese traditional hotel with reasonable price

I checked out of another hotel that I was staying at for 1 night and checkout was at 11am so I was a little stranded but luckily they allowed me to pay to checkin early at this one. Hotel exceeded expectations, staff were nice and friendly. The decor was traditional Japanese style tatami with functional sliding doors. There was air corn and a dehumidifier unit so I always had the perfect temperature. Loved the bathroom and it had the privacy smart switch. The room was great, except there was a stain in the carpet. Location was great, a couple minutes from a Lawson and 5 mins from the station which is literally 2 stops from Hakata station on Line 3 (Nanakuma Line) so very convenient. Near a lot of restaurants and bars. My checkout day was the hotel's anniversary so they also gave me treats.

Stunning room! Really love the interior, it was spacious enough to fit our 2 large suitcases. The beds were big and comfy. The room was soundproof so got really good sleep. Got a complimentary breakfast which was good, staff were friendly and helpful - we dropped our bags off around 1pm, and when we came back later they had already put our bags neatly in our room for us, which was really nice! :)

No notes! My fiancé says the pillow was a bit hard but I slept perfectly so just up to preference.

The room is well soundproofed and there is no noise. The room was also very tidy and I slept very comfortably.

Small boutique hotel, location was good, friendly staff and room design was nice

The design elements in the room need maintenance - natural stone in shower smells terrible, light carpet is stained, wooden details show wear and tear. Room is small and red ambient light of exterior of the hotel turns room red as well. Not the relaxing stay I’d hoped for.

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped room. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Very good location for most of the sights very helpful and friendly Staff.

Room a bit too small if you have large suitcases! No view from windows
