The location was good, just off a main pedestrian shopping thoroughfare down a tiny alley with a supermarket just around the corner for supplies. The apartment was small, a reasonable size for one person, it was clean, with a good working air conditioner.. Navigating all the maze like side streets was easy and even though it felt you were lost you never were and could easily find your way back to the apartment.

I don't recall any mention of the apartment being on the second floor when I first viewed it prior to booking it, it has approx 50 steps which was a problem for my weak left knee. The steps were also steep and the treads angled once you got to the top of the first flight and could be hazardous going up and down with luggage if you didn't go slow and carefully. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were way too soft for me.
