Langland Road - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Mumbles

Unfortunately, you have a lot of mould within the premises. Can also here allot from the flat upstairs, making it very difficult to sleep.

Location.

The outside was not very nice especially for the cost. It was clean. It was not very inviting. Less than basic. Very disappointing. It was extremely cold on arrival. The heating had not been on at all. Someone should have turned it on to warm the flat up. The parking is limited. Car park opposite is expensive. Round the corner spaces if you’re lucky. Was not made clear of course

The location was ideal as so near everything. The bedroom was decorated in a cosy way. Washing up liquid , cloth and sponge were provided.

Not a dislike just a front door mat would be good to wipe wet feet before entering. The sofas were uncomfortable. Some of the plates etc were greasy, perhaps from last occupants . Overall none of this ruined our stay , we had a lovely weekend

Comfortable bed, tea coffee etc. washing tablets and fully equipped kitchen. Bath and shower options. Location was close to beach with a park across the road to take our dog. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

No parking, we knew the property didn’t have parking but thought there was a car park opposite. That was closed and it looked like a developer has bought it.

The location is great and in general was a lovely stay . The bed and bedding were super comfy as was the living room.

The steps up in to the bathroom and the bath. The window in the bathroom needs a blind for privacy it only has a frosted type of glass . I have mobility issues so found it difficult to access the bathroom . Also there is mould in the shower fold up doors . The rest of the bathroom was spotless though . The patio to outside seating area has a strange smell by the drains . The property has ventilation issues and wasn’t aired

Large comfortable bed. Decent shower. Great location with a short walk to the town and beach.

Floor could have been a bit cleaner. not sure the previous occupants cleaned the cups and pans very well and some of these we had to re wash before we could use. Paid for parking over the road, but property did seem to have a drive but advert said they didn't have parking.

For the love of god DO NOT stay here - leaking sewage and a boiler that over pressurised (and the agent knew about it)!!
