I will not recommend this place to anyone

The hospitality was top notch , staff were very welcoming.

Perfect for our needs. Close to airport with a shuttle( extra cost) that picked us up late and dropped us early for morning flight. Best bonus, Indian food restaurant in motel was delicious!!

Nice hotel stay, not far from the airport and a decent price for their bus service! I did find the room a bit too hot with no idea how to turn it down. I could open the window slightly as we were on the ground floor I couldn’t trust opening it too far as it’s facing a road. Breakfast was a nice selection, and a good price for the room and that

To get through to our room we had to walk through the restaurant. There we rows of air fresheners everywhere but they still failed to hide the smell of what can only be described as a drain smell

It’s not far from gatwick airport and they offer transportation with a charge. Breakfast is included but is only muffins , they have cereal but not milk , and a coffee machine. Rooms didn’t seem to be very clean and smelly . No elevator but the stairs wasn’t that many , the shower curtain had a very strong and nasty smell and mold. The bed mattress weren’t comfortable and overall everything look and felts old and used too much. Services was fine they are polite. I will honestly stay somewhere else

Great budget hotel only minute to Gatwick on hotel shuttle bus. Bonus breakfast provided.

We stayed here the night before an early flight from Gatwick. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was good value, clean and comfortable. It's not a fancy hotel and some bits are a little tired but it was a bargain and much quieter than the premier inns etc at the airport. We arrived late so we didn't need dinner which we were gutted about as the food looked and smelled incredible. Next time I'll be arriving earlier for a great curry. When we arrived we arranged our transfer to the airport with reception staff which was simple. The transfer was a bargain and very quick (less than 15mins at 8am on a weekday). We came by train from London Bridge to Horley station and you can walk or get a cab (5 minute journey) to the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet, basic, near the airport and friendly.
