Convenient to destination

This was a fantastic place to stay

Clean unit. Ac did not work and unit did not have windows that you could open. I was told after I would be changed to another unit and to call the front desk. When I did, I was advised by text that front desk was closed until 12pm on Sunday. Made my stay very uncomfortable with no AC.

We paid a very high price

Excellent studio apartment with full kitchen, washer, dryer. Spacious and confortable room. Very good location - a 10 min walk to Quad.

We stayed for 4 nights, there was no housekeeping. Also experienced an indifferent and unwelcoming person at the check-in counter. We reached at 2:40 pm while the check-in time is 3 pm. He asked us to come back at 3 pm, or pay $50 for early check-in. Other than this funny rule of not accommodating guests 20 min before time, all is ok.

Great location, clean, bed and sofa were comfortable, great customer service, I love the cafe in the lobby and I like that they had a washer and dryer

This was a great place. I experienced only one hiccup where the lockbox code was mistyped to me so I had to stay outside for a bit of time at night trying different codes before I finally got it to open so I could retrieve my door key. Other than that, the studio room was new, clean, and perfect size.

Great stay!

I loved this hotel. My only issue was no receptionists at the from desk. I needed two parking passes and when I called and emailed no one came to bring me a pass. I was nervous the whole time I was here because I thought my car was going to get towed. My suggestion is to have a receptionist at the front desk from 7:00 am to 9:00pm
