Staff was really friendly and helpful. They booked local tuktuks, recommending places to go and translated for us. Clean and spacious room.

Room smelt slightly but not a problem for us It's noisy at times: For example the local bar stops its music at 9/10pm but we got woken by a loud generator at 6.30 and could hear neighbouring animals occasionally through the night. Slept with earplugs.

Staff is amazing and helpful.

In general, the build quality is poor. There is no sound insulation on the doors and windows. By 4am in the morning the roosters of the neighbors start their show almost in the rooms! Also, it is a life hazard to stay in the room if the generator is working. The exhaust gas directly fills in.

The rooms are fantastic. Modern and new. Nice garden and swimming pool. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. The food is really good snd value for money.

My stay at the Sapphire Hotel was truly delightful. The hotel shines in its cleanliness, and the staff's attention to detail and caring attitude made a lasting impression. Their dedication to guest comfort is evident in every interaction. The owner was also very kind. Regarding the accommodations, the room I stayed in was fantastic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the overall room ambiance added to the relaxing experience.

On the flip side, the hotel's location is somewhat isolated. While this is clearly mentioned in the hotel's description, it's worth noting that arranging transportation like tuktuks can be a bit of a challenge. For those seeking greater mobility, having your own motorbike or car would be ideal. As for the breakfast, while it may not have been the best I've had, the staff's kindness during meal service did not go unnoticed and certainly added to the overall pleasant experience.
