A atenção e cordialidade das donas, sempre prontas para ajudar, a limpeza e beleza das instalações fazem o local e atendimento diferenciado. Estacionamento público com bom preço em frente ao hotel, perto do centro historico sem estar na movimentação facilitando o descanso. Enfim a melhor estadia da viagem.

We chose this property because it advertises itself as a Luxury Rooms accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what the description and pricing led us to expect. The "suite" was essentially a converted groundfloor storage space with no proper window and very limited natural light. Rather than feeling like a luxury room, it felt dark, enclosed and lacking the comfort one would reasonably expect for the price paid. The location was also disappointing, being situated on a secluded side street next to garbage bins and the rear service areas of nearby businesses. The most concerning incident occurred when I temporarily misplaced the room access card. Before the card was found, we were told that we would be charged €180 because the entire access system allegedly had to be reprogrammed. The card was a standard plastic RFID key card that only provided access to our specific suite. We found this explanation difficult to understand, and in any event, such a substantial charge should have been clearly disclosed to guests at check-in so that they could take special precautions. Also there were no espresso machine so i had to go the coffee shop of the hotel and pay 3 euros for that For €220 for a single night, we expected a genuine luxury experience, transparency and fair treatment. Instead, we left with the impression that the accommodation did not justify either its marketing or its price. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to travellers looking for the level of quality normally associated with the term "luxury".
