"Exceptional"

We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms are very nice, and it’s absolutely beautiful (and convenient!) to be able to jump straight from the terrace into the pool and back again to cool off after a day at the beach. The service is top-notch whether it’s housekeeping, room service, renting bikes, or even borrowing snorkeling masks, everything is smooth and friendly. The restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is really yummy. We also loved that they provide board games and cards at the reception, which made for fun evenings with the kids. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d love to come back!

Arredamento ed ambientazione

Purtroppo prezzo troppo alto per come è fatta la struttura, servizi pari a zero il personale educato e carino ma nella media. Per quanto mi riguarda ho fatto notare che nella mia stanza il lavandino perdeva, loro mi hanno risposto che lo avrebbero riparato ma dopo 4 giorni il problema non era stato risolto.

"Ottimo hotel a gili trawangan"

Struttura molto bella, camera molto bella e curata, pulizia ottima, piscina pulita e molto bella, staff molto disponibile ad aiutarti in ogni evenienza, una marcia in più il fatto che la struttura avesse un ottimo ristorante suo di fronte alle camere ma ben diviso per la privacy.

"Bijzonder verblijf"

Je kan vanuit de kamer het zwembad induiken. De kamer is heel compleet. Het ontbijt is goed. De locatie is net buiten het drukke gedeelte van Trawangan.

Klein puntje: het kussen vonden we erg dik.
