Location and staff are terrific! Breakfast is also good! Staff were kind and accommodating. The property also has a parking lot, which is vonvenient

This property is quite basic. Our family room was spacious but didn't have air conditioning, and it coincided with the hottest day of the year in Puerto Varas. The rooms require significant updates but our stay was pleasant.

Lejos lo mejor fue Pablo y sus atenciones. Es un lugar ideal para familias, con instalaciones comunes para cocinar y disfrutar en familia. Queda cerca de todo y hay un minimarket en la esquina que funciona todos los días. Los carritos de la esquina siguiente son increíbles

La pieza que nos tocó no era muy cómoda porque el techo era en A pero la ducha un 10
