Posizione perfetta, non serve usare la macchina per andare a mare o uscire la sera.

Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola ingiallite e delle blatte nei mobili della cucina.

Die Kommunikation und check-in/check-out war sehr einfach. Das Sofa wurde für die Kinder umgehend zu 2 Betten umgestellt. Super Lage mit Supermarkt, Restaurant und Strand in der Nähe. Genügend öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze entlang der Strasse.

Die Fenster dichten schlecht ab. Lärm von Aussen ist gut hörbar. Bei der Dachterrasse ist in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich ob diese privat oder gemeinsam genutzt werden kann. Die Nutzung ist gemeinsam. Die Einrichtung ist jedoch sehr veraltet und verwarlost. Es ist kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden. Für uns war die Dachterrasse so nicht brauchbar.

Location was great, rooftop was available to us and no one else was using, great short walk to the beach

Great apartment, in a central location. Close to restaurants, SPAR, and beach. Apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Bedroom and den (or second bedroom), kitchen and bathroom. Lots of windows, and air conditioning. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with management staff, who came from Lagos to meet us at the apartment.

It was a little noisy at night, due to proximity to bars and restaurants. However, with windows closed, and air conditioning fan on, it was not a problem.

Great location, although local bars had loud singing, we didn’t hear a thing from inside.

The roof terrace seemed a little dangerous for kids with low walls.
