IM On Charming Home

We were welcomed by the host, we needed to call them 30 minutes before arriving to ensure they were there to greet us and hand over the keys. We walked from the train station. They explained a few details and then left us to settle in. They had put a heater on for us, as it was still a little cool in February, it was thoughtful and did the trick. The apartment was a good size over all. The beds were comfy, they were clean. Comfy sofa with T.V, dining table and kitchen area. Having a washing machine was very handy. Shower room, compact but sufficient with fluffy white towels and liquid soap provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and were comfortable. The area by the marina is nice for drinks, meals and breakfast, we also enjoyed the restaurants closer to the home, the Restaurant Italia is excellent, it's in the square by the green house..an impressive green tiled building. Nice town, no tourist tax to pay. We also walked along the boardwalk, which was pleasant. We also walked the coastal path to Praia do Porto de Mós, you can get a bus there as well, the coastal path is stunning.

There was a smell of drain water coming from the washing machine area, not sure what could be done about that. Some areas would benefit from a little maintenance. Lagos seems to have a bit of an issue at the moment with groups of men offering drugs openly, that's one for the authorities to address. We felt perfectly safe at all times.

Great little spot close to beach and the main streets of Lagos. Easy to walk to from the bus/train station.

It did get a little noisy with the cars that would fly up the street.

The apartment was roomy

There were bugs in the second bedroom beds . Thy came to clean the bugs out, however they didn't change the sheets There is a lot of noise from traffic

Very clean, comfortable beds, really good location , nicely decorated & plenty of space

It is a little loud at night due to being on the ground floor, the late check in fee for checking in past 8pm is very expensive.

Noise(cars,bikes,pedestrians) from the street until the deep night Very thin walls. I couldnot sleep until 3am in night. Too noisy However my wife was sleeping well

Nothing really

The noise was terrible also the mattress was very uncomfortable very small property. Not suitable for family in wrong area very noisy so disappointed couldn’t sleep all night. Also the shower was very small didn’t like the flooring and smell of drains.

Very clean and spacious. Some street noise, but then, it is Lagos!
