"For money wise, your can get better facility with the same price and less noise."

the location of the building is ok and near most of the attractions and food restaurants.

Room is not soundproof, there are small cockroaches in the bathroom, the jacuzzi/hot tab is not available on all rooms and you need to pay extra. The facility is not a hotel, this is more of a motel as they dont give services like ice or of the same service. You can here construction works I'm not sure if its within the building or on the neighbor. They will ask for 500php as a deposit even if you book it via booking.com
