Good location, breakfast was nothing special just fry egg and a bread roll

Well… where do i start 1) lie about telling everyone to leave on 27th but quiet the opposite,when my wife and I and other customers ask if we should leave before it’s too late, she told us it’ll be alright on the same day. 2) told us she couldn’t get a boat to get us all out when clearly boats were able to come to hotel and deliver some noodles and said if we try to leave the police will turn us back due to one tourist die near the bridge which was all a lie cause there was no report of it happening. When my wife and I finally had enough of her lies we walk to the bridge ourselves in waist deep water and see polices there and they didn’t say a word. 3) lie to booking.com that we didn’t stay there which in fact we have photos off us there and try to overcharge us for everything, try to charge us for 4 day bike rental when we only use for two full day. 4) Told everyone she only had about 10% battery but somehow it lasted for 4 days with constant use, which my wife saw later she was charging of two laptop while not letting anyone charge there phone for 3 days. 4) Told everyone they had no food but later the other customers found hidden, cook rice on two occasions and not ask anyone to eat in the morning when we all had no food. All the other hotel organize boat to get their customers out except her which we found out after. There are many other lies she told us but I don’t have enough space to write, in the end it was all her trying to make money of tourist in a flooded situation. 100% she’ll be charging them for the extra stay due to the flood. She come off a caring and concerned owner when in fact she was very calculating at what she was doing. Even got the customers to swipe the water out while the her and another man just sat in there room. 5) we lost pretty much all our clothes cause we just took the essentials to walk out, not even 2 hours she messages and said the other customers told our clothes we left behind which was a lie cause our cloth was way….too small

Très bon accueil et personnel chalereux, qui met à l’aise. Le petit dejeuner est très bon. J’ai pu laisser mon sac a dos a l’accueil lorsque je n’avais plus accès à la chambre. La localisation à environ 10min à pied du marché central permet d’être au calme quand on rentre à l’hotel. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Les lieux sont propres mais paraissent légèrement plus vieillis que sur les photos.
