Charming, Cozy, and Exceptionally Welcoming! We absolutely loved our stay at the Poncha Springs Lodge. It was cute and quaint with such a warm, inviting aesthetic—truly a hidden gem. Donna went above and beyond with her kindness and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place!

The property was conveniently located, the garden and area around the lodge had a very natural vibe. The creek that ran through the property was beautiful. The room was clean yet small. It worked for us for one night. The owner was very nice, accommodating and had a lot of information about the area, food, and breweries.

The place was clean, but it was a no-nonsense hotel. Small and average. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed overnight. They usually have a campfire, but it was raining. No pool (which they never advertised). Older place. Also, it is called a lodge, but it was more like an older motel. Lady was both housekeeper and checked us in. Very polite and friendly.

First impression when we arrived at The Lodge was, honestly, to turn around and look somewhere else. Although we did the check-in and were given a very warm welcome from the host. She gave us the key and we were extremely impressed with the quality of our room! Clean, spacious, and lovely decorated! We didn’t regret staying! Sometimes you have to look beyond the facade.

The innkeeper is super charming, & I appreciate the warm welcome. Great spot overall - just what I needed.
