- Great location. - We could hear a lot of noise from the street during the day, but fortunately at night it was very quiet. - terrace is fab - Very cool room

The property featured a lovely communal terrace and a lovely private balcony terrace or the apartment. The apartment was very modern, clean and as per photos. The landlord was very police and helpful always there to help if need it, when we asked to store our bags for the day due to leaving later in the evening. Property located central and 5 mins walk to all the main centre and restaurants. Amazing view of the castle from the terrace.

Nothing to dislike

Proximity to everything. Such an ideal location. It was very private and secure. The room was fantastic, very modern and had everything we needed.

Ha apenas uma janela no quarto, a cozinha e o banheiro nao possuem janelas. O chuveiro nao tem pressão suficiente para um bom banho.

The staff were very pleasant, and the host was extremely friendly. Clear and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment were provided, which made the check-in process easy. The location was very good, close to the city centre. All the main places in Alicante can be easily reached on foot.

I would not choose this apartment again. The floor was extremely cold, and the overall temperature inside the apartment was also very low. If you choose to stay here, make sure to bring slippers — without them it is very uncomfortable to walk around, as the floor is freezing cold. The shower was also cold. My boyfriend had trouble sleeping due to the cold and the humidity, especially since it was raining when we arrived. The room was also very dark — I expected it to be brighter during the daytime, but it wasn’t. Additionally, the toilet door does not close properly, which causes a lack of privacy, as sounds (and potentially smells) can be noticeable to others, since the door does not lock or seal properly.
