Central location - walk to lake and restaurants. Great shower - pillows were terrible, but shower was fantastic.

We were told that we didn’t have access to the kitchen or laundry facilities because we were not long stay guests. We were there for 8 nights, but they didn’t consider that to be long enough (although didn’t say how long ‘long stay’ was). We couldn’t even make our own tea or coffee of buy food to save some costs because we couldn’t keep anything cold. 8 days is a long enough time to be without facilities. But we did have unlimited access to the spa. Not interested in the spa and would prefer facilities. We didn’t realise that we hadn’t included breakfast in our booking and when we asked if we could pay, they said no. We asked if we could buy a coffee and we were told it would have to be ‘to-go’ and we couldn’t drink it in the restaurant and would have to sit in the lobby and drink it. The staff member helpfully pointed us to a coffee shop where we went every morning for our coffee.

Location, room, cleanliness

Car park: Small and quite expensive.
