Boulder Opal Motor Inn

Was not informed restaurant was permanently closed until after accom was paid for on arrival, no room service performed, I had to find the cleaners and ask for bins to be emptied on 2nd day, blanket on the bed was stained. No cutlery provided. Very Overpriced for standard provided.

Lack of lighting in laundry area, very dark and dangerous

the location is fine but the motel is very old and dated and it really needs a refurb. The bed was old and the carpet filthy. De bathroom was old but at least it was clean and so was the bedding.

Close to town. Friendly cleaning staff.

Reception was not friendly- no welcome or hello just 'name' for booking. Not impressed! Parking in front of room was difficult due to shape of building- 2-3 rooms on a corner made parking haphazard to say the least.
