"Horrible amenities but great staff"

The staff was very friendly and willing to help

The property was not as shown in the pictures. The location is NOT in Laureles. The rooms had mold and smelled like it too. Even with windows wide open, the smell would not go away and the heat was unbearable during the day. The sheets were yellowish and the floor was sticky in the room. We informed all of this to the receptionist and got a new room. However, the smell issue persisted on that room too. On our last day, the cheese that came with our breakfast smelled rancid and had to be thrown away.
