Pathetic for the price

Actually I didn't like anything. Breakfast is good but they let us choose room breakfast but in the morning they told us to have a buffet. Buffet don't have all items shown to us before.

1) Walls of rooms were damaged. 2) Nobody welcomed us. 3) Dinner was under cooked. Also there was some piece of plastic or glass in it. I will not recommend anyone and will never go there again.

The staff was good except for the gate guards, guards were too rude and the behaviour was pathetic even though we checked in and they asked for my and my wife's i.d cards each time we visited out of the hotel. We told the guard we already checked in and deposited our documents but he showed his rude and pathetic behaviour. That was an embarrassment for such a hotel! The guard's name was yahya!

Near city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The wall paint peeling, sanitary items (Muslim showers, taps, showers) broken, electric sockets loose and broken, curtains full of dust, dampness in walls and smell.
